That's right, the Jackrabbits, tomorrow at 7 and it won't be on TV. So if you want to see, you actually have to show up and fill all those empty seats. They'll spend more time in the Peach St when they play a couple teams in Macon in the Mercer bracket of the CBE while the Dawgs travel to Kansas City.
A look at our opponent, they beat Western Michigan to start and lost to Minnesota Monday. They shoot a ton of 3s (48 so far in the two games), and junior Nate Wolters is their lead sharpshooter (he has 6 so far, on 17 attempts). He averaged near 20 pts last year and the team shot over 20 deep balls per, so they will be dangerous if they're hot. But if our D plays like it has so far, our length and athleticism should lead to a solid win.
They lack size (only 3 listed over 6'6) and are pretty pale, so again, our length, speed, and athleticism should make the difference. It's South Dakota St after all, so it should be a pretty solid workout before next week against Cal and either Notre Dame or Mizzou.
