Warner Robins has been hamstrung for awhile now. They redrew the lines and build new schools and poor WRHS Demons suffered the most. On the other hand Northside did well and it shows. Coach Nix was a great coach and I played for him at Warner Robins. He was also my Science teacher.
ReplyDelete"Nix and longtime coaching rival Robert Davis are Georgia's only two 300-game winners who spent the majority of their careers in the same city, Warner Robins. Nix finished 10-9 against his old friend. Nix was 3-8 against Davis's Warner Robins teams but won seven of the eight after Davis moved to Westside of Macon in 2000. Both coached exactly 24 years at their respective Warner Robins school."
