Urban Liar

"I have not been offered any job nor is there a deal in place," Meyer said in a statement. "I plan on spending Thanksgiving with my family and will not comment on this any further."

But recruits will love him in their living room. I mean, he's willing to sacrifice his health and family for football. After all, he's so truthful. Not the man who told Jevan Snead he was recruiting Tebow as a LB, or reported Patrick Peterson for an ACT score after he chose LSU instead and called Meyer a liar.

There couldn't be a more perfect fit for that self-righteous but loaded with off the field issues program, unless it's Paul Johnson's undeserved arrogance matching with the Bugs.

  1. Here's what happened. Meyer liked Florida during the easy schedule years, when he had stars like Percy, and Tebow, and excellent asst coaches like Mullen and Strong. Once they all left, and he had to play Alabama, LSU, Auburn, and Georgia during October, he "got sick". Ohio State, with their weak schedule, is perfect for Meyer.
