No true freshman has come close. Crabtree was a rs freshman came the closest but won the Biletnikoff instead. First time a freshman has won that. Timmy T was the first soph. to win a Heisman. Maybe next year.
ReplyDeleteOther than Klein, who makes a better case than Manziel? He's going to end the season with over 3000 yds passing, and is already over 1000 rushing. He'll account for over 35, if not near 40, TDs. And that's against SEC defenses for the most part, which is something Klein can't claim against the defensively inept Big 12.
